SHIPPING POLICIES
Fair Use Policy
Our capped price shipping is subject to our fair use policy. This means that the orders are for one family/household only.
If for some reason your order is exceptionally large and we cannot cover it within our capped price shipping we will contact you to make arrangements. Usually, we will ask for an additional shipping fee to offset the large order.
If the order is exceptionally large, and is clearly in breach of our fair use policy, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Shipping Costs
Our capped shipping has been calculated according to the average shipping rates we can achieve at the post code level. This means that different locations within a postcode are changed the same amount.
Rural orders cost more to ship and we have adjusted our capped shipping rates to take this into account.
If your order significantly exceeds our costs (either very large or heavy), we will contact you to add an additional shipping charge.
As in our fair use policy, if you are not happy with the new shipping costs, you can request us to cancel the order.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders if we cannot agree on reasonable shipping costs.

Larger items may be opened and repackaged to cut down on shipping costs to keep our shipping affordable for all involved. When we do this, this does not count as damage or defective.

REFUND POLICIES
Due to the nature of items we sell we do not offer exchange/returnsYou can always contact us for any questions at hello@snackezy.com.au.
Returns/Replacements
We do not accept returns. We will, however, send a replacement or offer a refund if you have received the wrong product or an item is missing (and it hasn’t been listed as refunded on packing slip.)
Refunds/Change of mind
Any items that are requested to be refunded due to change of mind OR when order has been submitted without customer reading T&C - ie ordering items for shipping when they clearly state FROZEN - PICKUP ONLY - a 20% cancellation administration fee will be charged. This is due to the fact that regardless of refunding, we are still liable for payment fees and website charges of any order. You can also choose to take the FULL amount as a credit to use on your next order
VISA AND MASTERCARD E-GIFT CARDS ARE NOW AVAILABLE - WITH STRICT RULES- TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Gift Cards that you purchase through our service are sent directly to your email address. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOUR DETAILS ARE CORRECT AT THE TIME OF ORDERING.
2) GIFT CARDS WILL BE PROCESSED 9AM TO 4PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. When possible, we will process gift cards outside of these hours. However, if gift card orders are placed outside of these hours there is no guarantee they will be processed before the next business day.. Do not call, email, message, etc us demanding your gift cards. No exceptions.
3) AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED YOU WILL GET AN EMAILING STATING YOUR PACKAGE IS ON THE WAY. However, there is no “package” because it is a digital gift card. This email means that I’ve processed the order on my end. Gift Cards can take up to 24 hours to activate. We ask for your patience as this is normally due to a connection with the retailer's system. Please ONLY contact us if you have not received your gift card 24 hours from the time you receive the email..
4) We reserve the right to add or remove Gift Cards from our website at any time, without advance notice. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order at any time.
5) E-Gift cards can only be used online or on Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay for purchases and must be activated prior to use. We cannot assist you with activation. Please note E-Gift Cards have their own conditions of use.
6) FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE EMAIL YOU RECEIVE. There is a fee involved with all digital purchases to cover our fees and charges.
7) These cards have a 12 month expiry date from the date of issue.
