How long will my order take to be shipped?
We endeavour to ship all orders within 2-3 working days. If for some reason we are awaiting stock or your order is delayed, we will contact you

I've ordered something and it's out of stock?
This is why we need you to please be contactable to our packing team! In most instances we will call you and confirm if you would prefer a replacement or a change of product. If we cannot get ahold of you we will refund the item and send your order as is.

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?
We have had many items go missing off front porches so we have made all items signature on delivery. We suggest that you have your items delivered to a work address or a family member if this may cause an issue

I'm after a Custom Gift Box?
We can make boxes for any occasion! Birthdays, Christmas, Easter, Get Well Soon, even custom chocolates and party bags - just email helo@snackezy.com.au with occasion, theme and budget and we will work with you to make it happen!

Can I order for my friends and neighbors to save on shipping?
In short, no. The capped price shipping is subject to our fair use policy. This means that the orders are for one family/household only. If for some reason your order is exceptionally large to ship and we cannot cover it within our capped price shipping we will contact you to make arrangements.

Do you do wholesale discounts?

My order has been damaged by the Courier?
Please email hello@snackezy.com.au straight away and we will assist. Please take photos of any and all damages to assist us with replacement of your items.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (instore only), Afterpay, Laybuy, Zippay, Humm, Klarna, and PayPal Pay in 4.

My items with the courier but hasn’t been delivered?
Please contact the courier directly. We can assist however it may be much quicker to speak with the courier directly.

I need something for a specific event date, can you help?
BEFORE placing your order please contact us at
hello@snackezy.com.au and confirm requirements. We will let you know if this can happen or not. Please don’t make an order for a special event that is very close without checking with us first!.  We don't want to make our customers upset because we missed a deadline we weren’t notified of!
