How long will my order take to be shipped?

We aim to have all orders processed, packed, and dispatched within 3–6 business days from the date the order is placed. Sometimes this may be shorter, and sometimes a little longer, particularly during periods of high demand such as Back to School, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, and Christmas.

This timeframe refers to processing and packing only. Once your order has been dispatched and collected by the courier, delivery timeframes are controlled entirely by the courier.

If we are awaiting stock or there is an unexpected delay during processing, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

I’ve ordered something and it’s out of stock — what happens?

This is why it’s important that you are contactable by our packing team.

In most cases, we will attempt to contact you to confirm whether you would prefer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A change of product

If we are unable to reach you, the value of the out-of-stock item will be issued as store credit on your account, and your order will be sent as is.

I’m after a Custom Gift Box — can you help?

Absolutely! 🎁
We can create custom gift boxes for:

My order was damaged by the courier — what should I do?

Please email hello@snackezy.com.au as soon as your package is opened.

To help us assess the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable, please include:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the damaged items

My order is with the courier but hasn’t been delivered yet

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking and delivery are managed by the courier.

Please contact the courier directly for the fastest updates. We receive the same tracking information you do.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash (in-store only)

  • Afterpay

  • Zip Pay

  • Klarna

  • PayPal Pay in 4

I need my order for a specific event date — can you help?

Possibly — but please contact us before placing your order.

Email hello@snackezy.com.au with your required date and details, and we’ll let you know if it’s achievable.

Please don’t place an order for a tight deadline without checking with us first — we don’t want anyone disappointed by a deadline we weren’t aware of.
