Due to the nature of the items we sell (food and perishable goods), we do not offer returns or exchanges.

✅ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns and do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

💳 Refunds & Change of Mind

If you request a refund due to change of mind, including deciding not to proceed because you no longer wish to wait for processing or shipping timeframes, or if an order is placed without reading our Terms & Conditions (including product restrictions), a 25% cancellation/administration fee will apply.

This fee covers unavoidable costs we still incur even when an order is refunded, including payment processing fees and website charges.

📌 Example

Items clearly marked FROZEN – PICKUP ONLY cannot be shipped.

If an order is placed for shipping despite this, it is treated as a change-of-mind / Terms & Conditions not followed cancellation, and the 25% cancellation fee applies.

✅ Alternative Option

You may choose to receive the full order value as store credit instead of a refund (no reduction applied).
