We aim to have all orders processed, packed, and dispatched within 3β6 business days from the date the order is placed.
Sometimes this may be shorter, and sometimes a little longer, particularly during periods of high demand such as Back to School, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, Fatherβs Day, Motherβs Day, Easter, and Christmas.
This timeframe refers to order processing and packing only.
Delivery timeframes are entirely controlled by the courier, not SnackEzy.
Your shipping notification will be sent once your order has been fully packed and collected by the courier β not before.
If your order is within the 3β6 business day processing window, it is not delayed β it is actively being prepared in our warehouse.
To keep shipping affordable and prices competitive:
Larger or bulk orders may be opened and repacked
Items may be packed inside other cartons (e.g. Smiths, Jumpies, or larger boxes)
Boxes may be reinforced or taped
White tags may be attached to outer boxes reminding you to open and check inside
By completing your purchase, you agree to thoroughly check all boxes and packaging before reporting missing items.
Once your order has been dispatched:
SnackEzy receives the same tracking updates you do
We do not have access to additional courier information
All delivery times, delays, tracking updates, and route issues are the responsibility of the courier.
For any delivery or tracking concerns after dispatch, please contact the courier directly.
By placing an order, you agree that all contact details provided at checkout are correct, including:
Email address
Delivery address
A valid mobile phone number
If an item is out of stock or clarification is required, we may attempt to contact you using the details provided.
SnackEzy is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete contact information.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

With missing items
You must contact us as soon as the package is opened and provide clear photos of:
The outer packaging
The contents
The issue identified
Without photos, we may be unable to assess or resolve the issue.
All parcels are sent with:
Fragile labels
Signature on delivery requested
Instructions to avoid sunlight exposure
Due to the fragile nature of some products (including chocolate and freeze-dried items), SnackEzy cannot be held responsible for melting or damage caused during transit once the parcel has left our warehouse.

Though we often dispatch faster than this guideline, especially during regular periods, our 3-5 day window helps us stay on track during peak times, such as the busy back-to-school season when we experience a surge in orders. During these times, we may also face occasional delays if couriers reach full capacity (literally no more room on the trucks each day).

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order is booked, you'll receive tracking information via email to monitor its progress. It's important to understand that we see the same tracking updates you doβwe don't have additional insights beyond what's provided by the courier which is the same as what you can see in your tracking.
We encourage you to track your order regularly. For any issues or delays after your order has been dispatched, please contact the courier directly, as they will have the most up-to-date information on your delivery.

Please be sure to check every box carefully, especially those with extra tape or the bottom of larger boxes, before concluding that an item is missing.

Please note that rural orders typically cost more to ship, and weβve adjusted our capped shipping rates accordingly to account for this.
If your order is significantly large or heavy and exceeds the standard shipping costs, we will contact you to arrange an additional shipping charge. As per our fair use policy, if you are not satisfied with the updated shipping costs, you can request to cancel the order.
Our capped-price shipping is subject to a fair use policy, which applies to orders for one family or household only.
If your order is exceptionally large and exceeds the shipping costs covered by our capped pricing, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements. Typically, this will involve requesting an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of the larger order.
In cases where the order is excessively large and in clear breach of our fair use policy, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

We do not accept returns, but if you've received the wrong product or if an item is missing we will refund or provide a store credit for the next order.
If you request a refund due to a change of mind, or if an order was placed without reading our Terms & Conditions (e.g., ordering items marked FROZEN β PICKUP ONLY for shipping), a 25% cancellation administration fee will be applied. This is necessary to cover payment fees and website charges, which we remain liable for even after a refund is issued.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive the full amount as store credit for your next order.
