Please note as per our shipping policies, larger orders may be opened to cut down on shipping costs and keep shipping affordable for all involved.

Order Dispatch

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 Working days*

At SnackEzy we strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date it’s placed. This includes the time it takes to pack and prepare your items for shipping.

Please be mindful of pre ordered items and special order items, as these may require additional time before they’re ready to ship.

Though we often dispatch faster than this guideline, especially during regular periods, our 3-5 day window helps us stay on track during peak times, such as the busy back-to-school season when we experience a surge in orders. During these times, we may also face occasional delays if couriers reach full capacity (literally no more room on the trucks each day).

Rest assured, we’re dedicated to getting your order out the door and on its way to you as swiftly as possible, without compromising the care and quality we put into each package.

Order Tracking

Once an order has left our warehouse, we are unable to assist with orders. Contact your courier directly for all delivery related queries.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on location. The following is a rough estimate:

Metro NSW/VIC/QLD/ACT - 2 business days. 

Metro WA/SA/TAS - 4 business days 

Rural NSW/VIC/QLD/ACT 4 business days

Rural WA/SA/TAS/NT 6 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order is booked, you'll receive tracking information via email to monitor its progress. It's important to understand that we see the same tracking updates you do—we don't have additional insights beyond what's provided by the courier which is the same as what you can see in your tracking.

We encourage you to track your order regularly. For any issues or delays after your order has been dispatched, please contact the courier directly, as they will have the most up-to-date information on your delivery.

To keep shipping as affordable as possible and our prices competitive, some items may be packed inside other boxes or opened during the packing process by our warehouse team. Please be sure to check every box carefully, especially those with extra tape or the bottom of larger boxes, before concluding that an item is missing.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must provide a picture as soon as you have opened your package, if you are contacting us regarding missing items or the wrong order.

Please note we send all freight with fragile labels, signature on delivery requested and directions to leave out of sunlight. SnackEzy cannot take responsibility for melted chocolate items or damaged freeze dried candy/products due to the fragile nature of these products. All care is taken to ensure orders get to you in one piece.
