Order Dispatch + Shipping Information

At SnackEzy we strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date it’s placed. This includes the time it takes to pack and prepare your items for shipping.

Please be mindful of pre ordered items and special order items, as these may require additional time before they’re ready to ship.

Though we often dispatch faster than this guideline, especially during regular periods, our 3-5 day window helps us stay on track during peak times, such as the busy back-to-school season when we experience a surge in orders. During these times, we may also face occasional delays if couriers reach full capacity (literally no more room on the trucks each day).

Rest assured, we’re dedicated to getting your order out the door and on its way to you as swiftly as possible, without compromising the care and quality we put into each package.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order is booked, you'll receive tracking information via email to monitor its progress. It's important to understand that we see the same tracking updates you do—we don't have additional insights beyond what's provided by the courier which is the same as what you can see in your tracking.

We encourage you to track your order regularly. For any issues or delays after your order has been dispatched, please contact the courier directly, as they will have the most up-to-date information on your delivery.

To keep shipping as affordable as possible and our prices competitive, some items may be packed inside other boxes or opened during the packing process by our warehouse team. Please be sure to check every box carefully, especially those with extra tape or the bottom of larger boxes, before concluding that an item is missing.

Shipping Costs + Fair Use Policy

Please note that rural orders typically cost more to ship, and we’ve adjusted our capped shipping rates accordingly to account for this.

If your order is significantly large or heavy and exceeds the standard shipping costs, we will contact you to arrange an additional shipping charge. As per our fair use policy, if you are not satisfied with the updated shipping costs, you can request to cancel the order.

Our capped-price shipping is subject to a fair use policy, which applies to orders for one family or household only.

If your order is exceptionally large and exceeds the shipping costs covered by our capped pricing, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements. Typically, this will involve requesting an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of the larger order.

In cases where the order is excessively large and in clear breach of our fair use policy, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of the items we sell, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, we're here to help! For any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at hello@snackezy.com.au

We do not accept returns, but if you've received the wrong product or if an item is missing we will refund or provide a store credit for the next order.

If you request a refund due to a change of mind, or if an order was placed without reading our Terms & Conditions (e.g., ordering items marked FROZEN – PICKUP ONLY for shipping), a 25% cancellation administration fee will be applied. This is necessary to cover payment fees and website charges, which we remain liable for even after a refund is issued.

Alternatively, you can choose to receive the full amount as store credit for your next order.
