Though we often dispatch faster than this guideline, especially during regular periods, our 3-5 day window helps us stay on track during peak times, such as the busy back-to-school season when we experience a surge in orders. During these times, we may also face occasional delays if couriers reach full capacity (literally no more room on the trucks each day).

Rest assured, we’re dedicated to getting your order out the door and on its way to you as swiftly as possible, without compromising the care and quality we put into each package.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order is booked, you'll receive tracking information via email to monitor its progress. This is necessary to cover payment fees and website charges, which we remain liable for even after a refund is issued.
